AB345 http://www.leg.state.nv.us/Session/77th2013/Reports/history.cfm?ID=781 has had some changes to it in the past couple of days. We wanted to inform you of the latest revision to the language of the bill. Assemblyman David Bobzien has been hearing concerns questioning the language of this bill. Mainly regarding the role of science in section 1 of the bill. He will be pursuing a floor amendment tomorrow prior to the bil’s final vote in the Assembly. Specifically, the bill will be amended to say:
(1) “Wildlife in this State not domesticated and in its natural habitat is part of the natural resources belonging to the people of the State of Nevada and must be managed according to the best science available.”
